I completely agree that there are regional personality variations because the weather alone affects how people behave. I know for a fact that people are going to think I'm a jolly portly man tomorrow when I wear my sherpa sweater because it's only 40F outside. I think I wouldn't mind living in Colorado or North Carolina.
